Shipping, Returns, General Info, Coupons and Refunds
- Turn around time is 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Items are shipped via USPS: First class or Priority Mail, depending on the total weight of the package.
- If you place multiple orders in a short time frame, we will try our best to combine your orders and issue a partial refund of the shipping costs. If we have already printed any of your shipping labels, we will be unable to combine orders.
- Rain Dance Lacquer does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
- If you receive a broken or damaged item, please email us with a photo of the item and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
- 1 coupon is accepted per order.
- Discounts do not apply to items that are already on sale.
- Due to the nature of small batch polish making, some small variations in color can happen. However, we follow our formulas closely to ensure as much accuracy in color as possible.
- Different monitors and screens can show colors differently. I try to show colors as accurately as possible in photos, but some colors may appear slightly different in person.

Top and base coats may contain some or all of the following: SD Alcohol, Ethyl Acetate, Heptane, Butyl Acetate, Polyvinyl Butyral, Trimethyl Pentanyl Diisobutyrate, Nitrocellulose, Tosylamide/Epoxy Resin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Benzophenone - 1, Blue 1, Yellow 11, Isopropyl Alcohol, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Acrylates Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Benzophenone-1, Etocrylene, Dimethicone, Violet 2, SD Alcohol 40-B, Acrylates Copolymer, Silica Silylate, Hydrated Silica & Polyethylene.
Our polishes are free of the top 10 chemicals commonly found in nail polish. What does 10 free mean? 10 free means our polishes contain none of the following: Toluene, Formaldehyde, DHP-Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, Paraben, Fragrance and Animal Products. The results are a cleaner, healthier product that you can feel good about using.
